I have a cd by Johnny Rivers – Anthology 1964-77 which was released by Rhino in 1991 and now out of print. The cover of disk 1 is signed by what ‘looks like’ J Rivers but I cannot be certain. For all I know, it could be the previous owners signature. Is the any way to authenticate it. I suppose Rhino could have released a few hundred copies signed by the artist but I can’t find anything that is like it on the web.
