They are a very good collection. They include some interviews and generally show their progression as a band. I believe you can get their Discography, which is their complete works. There were two "unreleased/new'"songs. They were Real Love and Free As A bird. As for the rest, they were mostly first takes, out-takes, and never before heard recordings from their career.
