My mate and i once … My mate and i once met Steve Zodiac on the tube on the way to their gig (1981?). Can’t remember what we talked about cos i was and it was a long time ago, but who cares because they were great days and VARDIS were yet another great band from the N.W.O.B.H.M. days.

I’ve still got my … I’ve still got my original denim waistcoat with my VARDIS patch sewn on. Can’t squeeze into the bloody thing as i was a bit slimmer then ! but it brings back memories.

Saw them in 1980(August) at the Heavy Metal Holocaust at Port Vale footie ground Stoke on Trent.Ozzy and Sabbath were about who went on first.Motorhead headlined and were awesome.
yet another … yet another underrated band,we need to organize a movement for these rock and metal bands to bring them back up into the limelight. Long live the NWOBHM!
Well, they did do a … Well, they did do a live dvd, maybe VHS back then, as I was there, they did 100 mph twice & with all special effects, great support act but didn’t quite make it big!
I agree ,what a … I agree ,what a masterpiece.I have the tape cassette 100MPH and the single ‘Lets Go”.What a great era that was for the bands that were out at the time Brilliant!
Just been taken … Just been taken back to about 1980. This came free with ‘Let’s Go’ as a gatefold double single. Best value for money ever! Cheers for this.

Zodiac was …
Zodiac was incredible. Bass playing is so solid. Vardis was absolutely amazing.
