i brrwed the cds for cs anthology from my neighbor. i installed it and entered the cd key. But it said that the key is already used. i thought that u can use same key to play. i dnt want to buy a game when the key is the only one i need. im gonna ask 1st if u guys have one u dnt use, then if no one hives me, then thast the time i buy it. so pls if guys if u have one. pls hand it to me

What you need to do is ask your neighbor for his Steam Account Username and Password. lol.
CS Source is really cheap right now. like 17 bucks on Steam, Original CS is 8 bucks. so you should just spare your time, stop looking for CD keys and buy the game.
