Get a copy of Writers Market. Look for smaller publishers who are publishing "literary works" Larger publishers really do not publish anthologies. Just make sure you check anyone out through Preditors and editors and Absolute Write Water Cooler Bewares and Background Checks to make sure the publisher is legit. You might also try Googling Anthologies Accepting Submissions. Some of those publishers are looking for people to edit a complete anthology for them. Shop around it may take some time. The big thing today is anthologies with a particular theme. I own some very good ones. Send me info on your topic. Maybe I know some leads for you. Pax – C
