In a anthology ”WIND IN THE NIGHT SKY’ did this actually get published/

Sorry to tell you, that’s a scam. That "poetry anthology" has no legitimacy. No libraries buy it. No bookstores stock it. It sells only to scam victims who entered the contest and got fooled by the flattering form letter the scammers send out. If you send them a huge sum of money, they’ll send you a worthless book that includes you poem along with crappy poems by lots of other people who made the mistake of entering the bogus contest.
