SPOKEN WORD: Too many giant multi-billion dollar corporations built up on the power of legacy. There’s just no way for us to catch up, you see. Not with things like NEPOTISM, CORPORATE BAILOUTS, and FREEBIES, and especially favors like, “I’ll scratch your back if you scratch mine.” When will I ever hear that line? This is my original spoken word poetry. I hope you enjoy.
This poem is an excerpt from my upcoming poetry anthology, “PhilosoFlow: I Could Be Wrong, But I Doubt It”. I have already published two poetry anthologies, since the filming of this particular video.

Wow! Organizations …
Wow! Organizations run by their workforce? That’s profound. Top executives certainly should have more compassion for the actual people who devote all of their time and energy to the successes of their companies, but there’s just no room for compassion when there’s so much greed. Sigh! But what do I know? LOL!

I’m totally with …
I’m totally with your demand for a fair deal for everybody. Long live the Solar Revolution! I would like to see organisations run by their workforce, and non-for-profit companies put humanity and the planet first rather than the dehumanising pursuit of profit that distorts our lives.

Girl, you got me …
Girl, you got me grinning from ear to ear over here! I am truly thrilled to know that others share my opinion on this subject. I mean, the minimum wage in this economy is simply inhumane. People are literally working their lives away for a few trinkets at the end of the week. Where’s the compassion?! I did this piece at Da Poetry Lounge in LA and people where “Amen-ing” left and right. Sooooo many people can relate. Ugh! I know that life isn’t fair, but damn! LOL
