english GCSE anthology
We didn’t study Cluster 2 and so I’m not that familiar with the poems, but one I like is "Hurricane Hits England". I like it because firstly, it is a good situation to write a poem about, and secondly, because… I don’t know, it is just written really well, and, yeah. I also like it because I like it so much I can’t even explain it

Hello, firstly how did u find the exam on Monday? I did poems by carol Ann duffy, simon armitage and pre 1914. I asked my english teacher and she said that poems from cluster 2 will be in the 3rd and last english exam paper, the writing paper, where we have to discuss their culture and the like. I really like that cluster, for me it would have to be Half-Caste because of the meaning to it and how he conveys his frustrationa nd anger through the use of sarcastic examples picasso etc, and Not my Business as it shocks me at the end when hes the one being picked up. No yam for him. Love after Love has many meanings to it, it lifts my mood and makes me love myself and Presents from my aunts in pakistan. i can sorta relate to that one, being bangladeshi and not knowing what culture I am. I suppose Im mixed culture. Its hell annotating Love after Love tho, too many meanings!
