Okay, so for English we had to do a powerpoint about four poems, and we had to be original. So for my ‘Personal Comment’, I did video interpretations of the four poems.

John Agards Half-Caste

Went on a school trip to watch some famous poets resite some of their best work, heres my favourite, its John Agard reading his poem Half-Caste! Note the enthusiasm he puts into his reading. the video may be distorted.

Wikis: poetry wiki wars

Dane Court Grammar School uses wiki pages and discussion threads to help Year 11 pupils study their poetry anthology. The students use the discussion pages to present ideas and opinions and vigorously argue and defend their point of view.
